The Extech Instruments brand, under FLIR Commercial Systems, is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our Quality System includes a greater emphasis on Quality System management, expanded programs for continuous organizational improvement, and a close monitoring of customer satisfaction. We are concerned not only with product quality, accuracy, and dependability we are also concerned that our products meet the needs of our customers with a high degree of satisfaction.
Once an instrument becomes part of the Extech product line, it is supported by the Extech team whether it is Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Calibration Laboratory, Sales Support, and Service/Repair. Every person is committed to providing customers with the best quality in product, value, and service; assuring their satisfaction.
The ISO 9001 Quality System, covering all phases of Extech activities, was originally certified by TÜV in 1995.
